OAKLAND Police here have distributed the identity of a man shot and killed on East th Street last March Roscoe Rhodes was shot and killed on the block of East th Street at around p m on March He was reportedly smoking marijuana with a woman who ducked inside their Tesla as the shots were fired Rhodes was pronounced dead at Highland Hospital later that evening Police spoke to friends and family members of Rhodes and learned he had been shot in the leg days earlier officers announced No arrests have been communicated nor have police distributed the suspected motive Anyone with information can call Oakland police at - - or - - Anyone with video or pictures related to the shooting may email them to cidvideos oaklandca gov
